Privacy policy
How Blueprint handles your personal information.
1. Who we are
This policy explains how Blueprint Picks, Perth, Western Australia, handles personal information. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles. Contact: support@blueprintpicks.au.
2. What we collect and why
When you join through Whop, we receive your name, email and Whop username so we can give you access to the membership, contact you about it, and handle support, refunds and complaints. Whop processes your payment, and we don’t see or store your full card details. If you email us, we keep your message so we can reply. If you don’t give us this information, we can’t provide the membership.
- Site analytics and cookies: none.
- We don’t ask for, and don’t want, sensitive information such as health or financial hardship details.
3. Our Facebook group
Our free group runs on Facebook. Information you share there is handled by Meta under its own privacy policy. We can see what group members can see, such as your profile name and your posts in the group.
4. Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run Blueprint, such as Whop (payments and membership, United States) and our website host Netlify (United States). These providers may store data outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to make sure they protect it. We may also disclose information where the law requires it. We never sell or rent our lists.
5. Marketing
We only send marketing emails with your consent, and every email has an unsubscribe link. We don’t send marketing to anyone who has told us they’ve self-excluded from gambling.
6. Security, retention and deletion
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We keep membership records for 5 years after your membership ends, then delete or de-identify them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner, unless the law requires us to keep it.
7. Under 18s
Blueprint is for adults only. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we’ll delete it if we find out we have.
8. Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see or correct your information, or make a privacy complaint, by contacting support@blueprintpicks.au. We’ll respond within 30 days. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
