Legal
Terms of use
The rules for using Blueprint and the membership.
1. Who we are
These terms are issued by Blueprint Picks, Perth, Western Australia (“we”, “us”). These terms apply to the Blueprint website, our free Facebook group and posts, and the Blueprint membership. By using them you agree to these terms.
2. Who can use Blueprint
You must be 18 or over to join. Betting laws differ between states and territories, and you’re responsible for making sure using Blueprint and placing bets is legal where you live.
3. Picks are opinions
Our picks, analysis and posts are opinions for general information and entertainment. They are not financial advice and don’t take your personal circumstances into account. Picks are opinions, not certainties. Sport is unpredictable and every pick can lose. No result, win or profit is guaranteed, and past picks don’t predict future results. Odds shown are those available when we posted and may change.
4. We are not a bookmaker
Blueprint doesn’t accept bets, hold funds or place bets for you, and isn’t affiliated with any wagering operator. Any bet you place is your own decision and your own responsibility.
5. Membership, payments and refunds
Memberships are sold and billed through Whop, a third-party platform, and Whop’s own terms also apply. Plans are Weekly (A$25 per week), Monthly (A$89 per month) and the 3-Month Pass (A$239). The price and billing terms are shown at checkout.
Automatic renewal. Your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period (weekly, monthly or every 3 months) at the price shown at checkout, and the same payment method is charged through Whop until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in your Whop account, and cancelling stops the next renewal. If we change the price, we’ll tell you at least 14 days before your next renewal.
We don’t give refunds if you simply change your mind after access is granted. Our services come with guarantees that can’t be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If we fail to provide the service with due care and skill, or as described (for example, if you pay and can’t access it), you can ask for a remedy, including a refund for a major failure. Contact support@blueprintpicks.au and we’ll respond within 5 business days.
6. If the service ends early
Early termination and refunds. If we stop providing Blueprint, or end your membership for a reason other than your breach of these Terms, before the end of a period you’ve paid for, we’ll refund the unused part of that period on a pro-rata basis, calculated by days remaining. Refunds go to your original payment method through Whop within 14 days. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees that can’t be excluded. Questions about refunds can go to support@blueprintpicks.au. Blueprint Picks, Perth, Western Australia.
This applies to all plans: Weekly, Monthly and the 3-Month Pass.
7. Your use of our content
Member content is for your personal use. Please don’t resell, republish or share it without permission. We may suspend or end access for anyone who does.
8. Our content
The Blueprint Picks name, logo, picks cards and content belong to us. You may share links to our public posts.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where the law allows, our liability for failing to meet a consumer guarantee is limited to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again. We aren’t liable for betting losses or decisions you make using our content, or for indirect or consequential loss.
10. Complaints
Email support@blueprintpicks.au. We’ll acknowledge your complaint and aim to resolve it within 10 business days. If you’re not satisfied, you can contact Consumer Protection WA.
11. Responsible gambling
We don’t knowingly market to people who have self-excluded. If betting stops being fun, help is available on our responsible gambling page and through Gambling Help on 1800 858 858.
12. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will post the new version here. These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
